April 17, 2010   12 noon - 3 pm:    Parelli Play Day 

  • The basics of play and communications or enhancing your communication skills.
  • Learn to play all 7 games with obsticles.
  • Play at your own level.
  • Feel free to come early, stay later, use all the facilities.

May 8, 2010   12 noon  - 3 pm:    Parelli Play Day 

  • Trailer loading session.
  • Advanced games/patterns with trailer.
  • "Can't load your horse to attend a clinic?" Rent one here & take your skills home.
  • More advanced students are welcome to play on your own.

June 18-20, 2010:    Parelli Professional Clinic with 3 Star Instructor Kelly Sigler 

  • Kids Clinic Level 1
  • Adults Level 2
  • Adults level 2/3
  • Trail Riding Class

July 10, 2010   4 pm - 7 pm:   Parelli Play Day 

  • Saddle fitting
  • Advanced free style and fluidity
  • Riding with body comminication, carrot stick, savvy string
  • Linda says, "4 ounces on your body--1 ounce on yor reins; do in your body as you want you horse to do"

August 28, 2010   4 pm  - 7 pm:   Parelli Play Day 

  • Bring your "hydrophobic" horse
  • Play water games
  • Cross creeks, use spray bottles
  • Be prepared to get wet!

September 18, 2010   4 pm - 7 pm:    Parelli Play Day 

  • Play in all 4 savvys
  • Bring us your issues and we'll put our arrows together
  • Develope creativity with obsticles
  • Good play day for judged trail riders

October 9, 2010   9 am SHARP!:    Saddle Up For St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Fall Fun Show Benefit

  • Custome Class
  • Classes for all most equine disciplines
  • Foot races and games for non-equestrians
  • Awards and prizes from MMS and St. Jude's Hospital
  • Fund raising forms available.  (Contact us)
  • This year's goal is $2500

October 23, 2010   12 noon - 3 pm:    Parelli Play Day

  • Work with the Parelli Patterns
  • Move from your 12 foot to your 22 foot line.
  • Using two lines
  • Moving toward Liberty

Open Barn Night

Have Fun with our Open Barn Nights!! 

  • Monday 7 pm - dark:  Slow trail ride night, mostly walk, some trot.
  • Wednesday 7 pm - dark:  Games, square dance on horseback, adding arrows to quivers, all put to music.
  • Friday  7 pm - dark:   Fast working trail ride, warm up,walk, mostly trot, some canter/lope, hills, creeks, valleys & lakes. 
  • Grounds fees are only $10 per horse/rider combo for these events.  Fee waived for MMS boarders.
